Yoga is not for the flexible. It is for the willing.”

BFA, B.Ed, M.Ed in Developmental Psychology, RYT, Yin Trained

Adelina began studying yoga almost twenty years ago when one of her wise university instructors introduced it to the class as a warm up to acting. Yoga and meditation have become an integral part of Adelina’s life for it gives her the space and stillness to connect with her truest self.

When not on her mat or cushion, Adelina is passionate about travel (especially to sunny surf destinations), exploring new cultures, Latin dancing, acting, poetry, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

She currently teaches at a Junior high and enjoys the joys and challenges of working with the adolescent brain. She hopes to bring genuine care, unconditional love and empowerment to her students.
