“It’s not how much we give, but how much love we put into giving.” –¬†Mother Teresa

Twenty-five years ago, Jennifer turned to yoga to cope with back pain caused from a minor vehicle accident she suffered in her youth. She chose to manage her injury and heal her pain through natural means, and to this day, continues to be a strong advocate for maintaining health through focused strengthening and muscle release.
An RYT 200 graduate from the Yoga Studio College of Canada, Jennifer also draws a lot of her yoga teaching knowledge from her years of personal training. She has been a private piano teacher for nearly twenty years and brings into all her teaching a natural sense of rhythm, flow and creativity.
Jennifer loves summer vacations touring on her motorcycle with her husband, and winter weekends skiing and spending as much time as possible with her two adult daughters, her parents and her friends.
Today, Jennifer also uses yoga for stress relief, mental focus and maintaining a healthy mindset.
