Our studio strongly encourages children to participate in yoga classes so they too can experience the many benefits such as decreased stress levels, increased flexibility, improved strength, muscular and structural alignment. We even have a special yoga class designed just for kids. Yoga is a great way to engage your core, challenge your muscles and relax your mind.
Prenatal Yoga
Experience the many benefits yoga has to offer to both Mom and Baby in our Prenatal yoga class. This program is designed for women in any stage of their pregnancy. Our teacher specializes in prenatal yoga ensuring the class is safe and comfortable at all times. Start sleeping better, relaxing your muscles, alleviating tension from your back and connecting with your child. Our 12 week registered program progresses each week working with your body to relax.
Hot Yoga
Hot yoga is the perfect class to cleanse and heal your body from the inside out. A series of healing postures and sequences will be taught in a room set at 34 degrees Celsius plus body heat. Experience the amazing journey that allows your mind and body to reach new levels of flexibility. Remember to bring a yoga mat, towel and bottle of water with you.
Yoga Fusion
Experience the many benefits of combining yoga with fitness to achieve maximum results in both stretching and strengthening. The class will hold poses longer to increase intensity, and options will be provided for all levels of ability. This is a popular class for athletes that enjoy stretching and also want to receive additional fitness benefits.
Sivananda Yoga
A classical hatha yoga class with focus on pranayama (breathing), surya namaskar (sun salutations), and the classical yoga asanas.
Breathing exercises seek to lengthen, regulate and control the breath; ultimately, focusing the mind. The classical yoga asanas develop
muscle strength and flexibility while stimulating the internal organs for maximum benefit. There is a strong focus on savasana (relaxation) and self-awareness.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga. This class is a great introduction to basic yoga poses as it is slow paced and gentle moving. The sequence of poses are therapeutic and well-suited for beginners. Hatha is a good way to work your muscles by increasing flexibility and strength.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga yoga is meant to be an intense, fast paced style of yoga that involves a series of poses which are always performed in the same order. The flow of the class is physically demanding because of the continuous transition from one pose to the next. This class builds muscle tone, core strength and improves balance. Yoga is an individual experience that can help to reduce stress, increase flexibility, strength and vitality.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa encourages your breathing and movements to work in harmony. A typical class starts off with a series of poses called sun salutations, which are used to warm up the body for more intensive stretches. This is a great class for those who wish to focus on their breath and feel rejuvenated. Experience the benefits of improved balance, agility, muscle toning and mental alertness.
Mom & Tot Yoga
Experience the benefits of yoga while connecting with your child. This class is a wonderful way to introduce your little one into the world of movement in a positive and comfortable environment. Classes feature basic yoga poses that both Mom and Tot can enjoy, while incorporating balances and stretches allowing both to experience the many benefits of yoga. Child must be 2-3 years of age.
Mom & Baby Yoga Fusion
Enjoy a class with your baby in a positive and encouraging environment while having a safe workout at the same time. This class is designed specifically for Moms who have recently had a baby that want to get back into the swing of things. Yoga, pilates and dance are incorporated in this one hour class bringing benefits to both Mom and baby. Child must be between the ages of 6 - 20 months.
Power Yoga
Stimulate your mind and body while engaging your breathe to reach new levels. This class is wonderful for those who are looking for more of a cardiovascular workout while experiencing the benefits of strengthening and lengthening. Previous yoga experience is required as it is fast paced and challenging.
Yoga Funk
Groove to the music while strengthening your mind, body and soul. This new approach to yoga and dance welcomes students of both areas to experience positive energy by adding style to stretching. Participants will be challenged with core stability, isolation and balance. All you need is an open mind and you will experience the many benefits this class can offer.
Yoga Ballet
Awaken your dance ability though the continual flow of yoga. This class is a great stepping stone for those who wish to experience a new side of fitness. Ballet steps and yoga poses are used throughout the class allowing participants to develop more balance, grace and body confidence. Yoga Ballet will challenge more than your body.
