Kevin Renning

Kevin believes a balance with the proper knowledge, form, work ethic and of course diet, can pay a substantial return in better energy, confidence and overall performance in everything life throws our way!

Kevin has two degrees from the University of Lethbridge in including Bachelor of Kinesiology and Bachelor of Education.

Kevin is certified from Can Fit Pro as a Personal Trainer Specialist. He also has experience training and conditioning soccer and hockey players at elite levels. Kevin has been involved in teaching various fitness classes including Learn 2 run, Yoga Stretch, Boot Camp, Kick Boxing, Duoathlon, and Fit Kids. He has coached volleyball, badminton, basketball and baseball for several years and enjoys working with students of all ages. His outside hobbies include traveling, camping, yoga, running, biking, guitar, and music.

Kevin is very knowledgeable in the area of yoga, strength training, and nutrition. Kevin’s strengths, which he continually exhibits, are his knowledge, enthusiasm and ability to teach people of any age.

Kevin’s philosophy: believe in “keeping it simple and live healthy.” Always keeping your mind, body and spirit all in balance to get a sense of YING and YANG.
