Tanya Childs

tanya1Tanya always led an active lifestyle and started her journey in yoga in 1996. She soon realized the mental and physical benefits it provided and honored her discovery as she embarked on an intensive nine month teacher training program with the intention of deepening her own practice of yoga. Her initial study focused on Ashtanga and Shivananda styles of practice, and continues to practice and attend internationally recognized teacher training workshops covering a variety of yoga styles. Tanya’s classes honor traditional practices, but
also incorporate some fun non-traditional components unique to each individual class and student.
