Mom & Tot Groups
Experience the fun of movement and exercise for your Mom & Tots group and book an exclusive event perfect for you. This special event can be customized to meet your group’s needs which typically includes a workout class for Moms while the children are participating in the kids club in our child care classes. We accept children 6 months to 5 years of age. Moms it’s time to get your body back in shape so have fun doing it in our Mom’s Total Workout Class!

Bookings are accepted from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
