Whether you are new to exercise or want to challenge yourself in a new way, we have fitness classes for you! Join one of our group fitness programs this season including Adult Bootcamp, Weights for Women, Barre Fit, or Zumba.
Our seasonal dance programs are offered in 8/12 week terms, four times a year – Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.
