Whether you are new to exercise or want to challenge yourself in a new way, we have fitness classes for you!  Join one of our group   fitness programs this season including Tighten + Tone, Zumba, Boxing Bootcamp or BooTy.  Seasonal fitness programs are delivered in 8/12 week terms beginning in January, April, July and September.

Registration opens at least 2 months before the season begins and we encourage early registration to ensure class placement.
