Whether you are new to exercise or want to challenge yourself in a new way, we have fitness classes for you!  Join one of our group   fitness programs this season including Adult Bootcamp, Weights for Women, Barre Fit, or Zumba.

Our seasonal dance programs are offered in 8/12 week terms, four times a year – Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.

Soul Connexion Bootcamp in Calgary NW

Our Bootcamp class will most definitely inspire you and challenge you. We have designed our Bootcamp to be high energy and high impact to get results. To make our program beneficial to your overall fitness levels, we have included endurance, cardiovascular training, strengthening exercises, with incline and drills.

We promise to make it a fun, team building experience that provides results.
