It’s almost that time of year again! Tis the season to discover that some people are much easier to shop for than others.

In turn, those on the receiving end actually report higher levels of happiness than those who receive physical, material gifts. The novelty of something physical tends to wear off rather quickly, while the anticipation of awaiting a fun experience will last much longer!

Eventually, we all stop appreciating things that we are constantly exposed to. The novelty of the brand-name workout wear will eventually wear off and become old news. But the memory of you and your best friend tackling a fitness class together will last a lifetime!
