Booking

We begin accepting bookings for the upcoming school year starting in June. If you would like to book a dance program at your school, please call 403.567.0070 or email us at office@soulconnexion.ca. We will be happy to respond to your request within two business days.

Please have the exact dates and times you wish to book ready when you phone. We will do our best to accommodate each request; however, if we are unable to provide a teacher for your specific dates, we will provide you with alternative dates. We will hold the dates open for your school for two business days before requiring a commitment.

You will receive an email reminder 2 weeks prior to your program starting. At this time, we ask that you email us a final schedule of classes. This schedule must outline the grade, number of classes, number of students and style of dance requested.

Payment

Once the program dates are booked, an electronic invoice will be sent to you. Payment is required on the last day of instruction and cheques are made payable to Soul Connexion. Our hourly rate is $85 (minimum 2 hours) and GST is charged on all invoices. All schools are charged the same rate.

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel the booking, a minimum of 30 days notice must be provided. Otherwise, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.

Teacher Requirements

A school teacher must be present in the gym at all times to assist with the students.

Equipment

Schools are responsible for providing a microphone headset and sound system for classes held in the gym. If your school does not have a microphone, small classes of 20 students or less are offered.
