Our seasonal yoga programs welcome all levels of yoga experience in our Calgary NW studio. Whether you are new to yoga or want to challenge yourself in a new way, we have yoga classes for all levels, ages and abilities.
Our Beginner Yoga classes are highly recommended if you are stepping onto the mat for the first time. Our specially designed Prenatal Yoga classes will alleviate pressure and foster bonding between you and your little one. Our Intermediate Yoga will challenge your body to reach new levels of strength and tranquility.
Seasonal programs are offered in both 12 and 8-week durations, 4 times a year: Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.
